Di-N-Bütil Fitalatın Sazan Balıklarında (Cyprinus Carpio) Hsp70, Gpx, Sod, Cyp1A Ve Vitellogenin Üzerine Toksik Etkilerinin Moleküler Düzeyde Araştırılması

Environmental pollution increasingly threatens nature. Phthalates used as plasticizers contaminate aquatic habitats principally. In this study, toxic effects of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), which is used in the manufacture of children toys, in manufacture of paints and cosmetics and as polymerization agent within a great deal of instruments used in daily life, were studied in the living organisms of the aquatic habitat at the molecular level. Common carp (Cyprinus carpio), a model aquatic organism by OECD, was used as experimental animal. Experimental setup was planned as an experimental group (E), which was comprised of fish dosed with di-n-butyl phthalate (1 mg l), and control group (C). Fish in the experimental group were exposed to DBP in acetone. Samples representing 4, 24 and 96 hours after dosing were taken.
