Özet
The objective of this study was to investigate decolorization through using various fungal cultures. Among the fungi investigated, Funalia trogii was found to have the highest potential for decolorization, and among the colors examined, Solazol Blue SPBRF H C had the highest rate in decolorization. Moreover, in order to get the highest rate of decolorization, cultural parameters were optimized. When the effect of carbon and nitrogen sources were scrutinized in the production medium, it was found that glucose as the carbon source and NH4NO3 as the nitrogen source were the most suitable sources.
