Thermal stress caused by changes in the temperature parameters, is intended to be determined by the amount of Hsp70 in the blood plasma of miror carps (Cyprinus carpio L. 1758), which were exposed to four different temperature levels for 48 hours.Miror carp fries, which were provided before to the experiment, were acclimatized in tanks at 20ºC 1ºC along 2 weeks. Hsp70, required for measuring the stress and establishing experiment, was determined by making use of previous studies. During the experiment, physical and chemical parameters of the experimental medium were measured and subjects were checked for viability hourly. Blood sample was taken from the at predetermined times. These samples were used to determine Hsp70 in plasma by ELISA test.According to results, these seems to be a strong correlation between the amounted Hsp70 in plasma and temperature. In addition to temperature, exposure to that temperature also affectsHsp70.
