Ardahan Bölgesinde Bal Arıları Tarafından Toplanan Polenlerin Morfolojik Ve Organoleptik Analizleri İle Nişasta İçeriklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

The pollen samples used in this research were collected from 6 different districts of Ardahan (Ardahan, Göle, Damal, Hanak, Çıldır, Posof) in 2010 (from May to September) and 2011 (from May to September). Microscopic analyses of the pollen samples were carried out. However, organoleptical and starch content analyses were done on the pollen samples of at least 5 grams.The pollen samples were mostly collected in order from the region of Çıldır (264.01 g), city center of Ardahan (234.31 g), Hanak (195.36 g), Posof (192.73 g), Damal (103.75 g) and Göle (26.06 g) regions.Among the pollen samples collected by honeybees, the highest variability were detected in Hanak with 29 taxa and followed by city center of Ardahan with 25 taxa, Çıldır region with 24 taxa, Posof region with 19 taxa, Damal region with 16 taxa and Göle region with 13 taxa.As a result of microscopic analysis, 37.05% of pollen samples were determined as Fabaceae.
