Fluvalinate'In Lebistes Balıkları (Poecilia Reticulata) Üzerine Akut Etkisinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Determination of the acute toxicity of Fluvalinate, a synthetic pyretroid on Poecilia reticulata is the purpose of this study. Thus, the data about using of Fluvalinate safely can be reported. LC50 value during 96 hours of Fluvalinate on Poecilia reticulata spreading as toxic substance to hydrophytic system by being used aganist agricultural, home and garden pest has been found out. The 96 hours LC50 value of Fluvalinate has been determined as 0.026 µg l in this study. Results were evaluated by probit analyses statistical method. When LC50 value of other fishes is compared, differences are reported. The reason of this differences is the resistance of the fish, volume of medium, lenght of the fish, period of life cycle, type of fish, exposure time, formulation of the chemical sand interractions of the pesticide with other chemical setc.
