Özet
The purpose of this study is to put forward public secondary school administrators and teachers views on accountability in school according to the dimensions as designed students' academic achievement , "education and instruction: educational rights and equal opportunity"," responsibilities regarding to school stakeholders , school organization development capacity" and "resource utilization". The study that have been descriptive survey, including 326 teachers 42 principals who work in public secondary school. In this study, Accountability as a Tool for School Development Questionnaire in Education Scale that prepared by Özen (2011) is used with the permission of the investigator of the scale.
