Genel Liselerde Görev Yapan Öğretmenlerin Örgütsel Adalet Konusundaki Algıları (Altındağ İlçesi Örneği)
Abstract
Recently, organizational justice is one of the important issues in the field of organization and management. Examining in terms of educational organizations of organizational justice, which is one of the important factors influencing the employees commitment to the organization and the performance of employees, will contribute to the school administration which is part of the education system.The aim of this study is to determine the secondary school teachers level of organizational justice perception and to examine the perception levels that show a significant difference according to demographic variables (gender, age, seniority and branches). In the study, the average perception of organizational justice has been identified as a whole, as the three dimensions of organizational justice examined separately. The universe of the research consists of 635 teachers who work at secondary school in the district of Ankara Altındağ in the academic year 2013-2014.
