Özet
In this research, the knowledge management competencies of Anatolian and Vocationalhigh schools administrators, according to their opinions on themselves and the teacherswere investigated. The research group was consisted of 170 administrators and 2178teachers that worked during 2012-2013 academic year in Yenimahalle, Ankara. 141administrators and 618 teachers of this research group were chosen for a representativesample of the population. The Scale of Knowledge Management , which wasdevoloped by EriĢ (2009), was used for data collection. Arithmetic avarage, standarddeviation and t-test were used for data analyzing.
